We were lucky enough to be referred to Mark back in 2014 when we were buying our first home. His attention to detail and promptness made the loan process extremely smooth. We just finished working with him on purchasing our "fixer upper" dream home and we can honestly say that without Mark and his team we would not have made it to the finish line. Our purchase had every pitfall imaginable, from the market slumping, contingency purchase, failing appraisal inspection etc. Through it all Mark provided guidance / referred us to good council, locked in our rate and watched it like a hawk, walked us through the numbers as finances changed to make sure that we were not over extending ourselves as finances changed through the transaction. As far as my wife and I are concerned, Mark Aalto is the only person we will use for a loan. Period.
