His team is professional, efficient, and do an excellent job of taking the stress out of this experience. They communicate quickly and speak in terms easy to understand. They are transparent and incredibly ingenuitive. We had tried several different teams with no success and Mark literally came to the rescue. Bottom line, if you want to buy a home, Mark and his team are the ones to call. I will use him in the future and I would 100% recommend to my friends, family, and acquaintances.

Mark Aalto and his team go way above and beyond your typical mortgage professionals! As a busy Realtor, I depend on Team Aalto to be at the ready, to qualify my clients (making an offer and we needed a pre-appoval yesterday?); answer questions (so, what if we raise the price, ask for closing costs, find lower taxes, and lock in this rate, right now?); and absolutely close on time, if not sooner (did I mention yesterday?) Time is of the essence when you're purchasing your dream home. You better have Team Aalto there for you! Highly recommended!

Mark Aalto and his team did an incredible job representing my buyers with the purchase of their new home. He was an exceptional business partner who kept me (and the buyers) posted throughout the entire transaction. His communication is spot on! There were some circumstances that came up, out of all of our control, that made the lending process a bit more challenging. We feel so fortunate that Mark was the lender we were working with to handle any issues that came up. He was resourceful, efficient and very responsive. I truly believe if Mark wasn't the lender representing this transaction there is a very good chance my buyers would not have been able to close this purchase. I can't say enough good things about Mark and his team. I highly recommend them.
