Did a wonderful job
Mark Aalto and his team did a wonderful job with our investment home loan last month. When we switched to them after a long and frustrating contract that our previous lender couldn't deliver on, we weren't exactly optimistic. But Mark's team hit the ground running. They made an effort to understand the urgency and uniqueness of this particular loan, and charted the best way to navigate through it. It took us only 3 days to get initial approval, and after that they worked diligently to clear all remaining obstacles. Here are some of the things I noticed working with them: 1. Responsiveness: For a change it was refreshing to work with a team who kept reminding me on the next deadlines, documents etc, instead of me having to follow up. 2. Transparency: There were absolutely no surprises, hidden fees, etc. 3. Expertise: They helped me get better rates/term than I was expecting, and protected us from risking inspection/appraisal fees without pre-approval. Give them a try if you are looking for a lender. They are not pushy :)
