Steven Roach is absolutely amazing and our experience working with him went above and beyond anything we could have ever expected. He understands the ins-and-outs of the homebuying process and walked us through every moment with the highest degree of care, attention, and professionalism that we needed. He made sacrifices when it mattered most--working late into the evening, early in the morning, and on the weekends...just for us. He knew how loud the silence could be while waiting through the process so he communicated often to help ease our fears. Even when there were no updates to share, he called anyway just to let us know there were no updates to share! I can't tell you how much we appreciated that. He also had a magical way of connecting with us as though we had known each other for years. His humor and positivity brought levity to an otherwise stressful situation. Steven's colleague, Jodi Stephens, deserves high praises also as she was a pleasure to work with! Jodi was attentive, kind, and thorough, and worked on our file with expediency and accuracy. Without her diligence, we would not have been able to close as quickly as we did. All in all, when an organization choses to hire individuals, they do so believing those individuals will uphold the company's values, protect its brand, and represent the company well. Steve and his team were prompt and professional. Steve stuck up for us when the appraisal company attempted to over charge us for our appraisal. It was a simple process working with Steve and his company. I highly recommend securing a home loan or refinance through Steve!

Steven and team were incredible. I never was left feeling out-of-the-loop or unaware of what was happening during my long lead time to closing. Steven and team went out of their way to make sure I understood the process, explaining the current step and preparing me for the next step throughout. They provided advice to help me make the best financial decision for me, even if it wasn’t the best for them. They also helped me understand the differences in buying new-construction. Steven took time to offer advice based upon his experiences building homes to ensure I was asking the builder the right questions. He and his team made this the best buying experience I’ve encounter thus far. I would wholeheartedly recommend and utilize his services again.

Our lender Jordan and his teams were absolute rockstars throughout our entire home buying process. As first time homebuyers my partner and I had zero knowledge of the process. Jordan took the extra time to meet with us via video or phone to talk us through any questions and provide us information about the questions we didn't even know to ask. He was expedient when we requested offer letters at all times of the day/week and never had trouble with delays. Once we had an offer accepted, Jordan and his team continued to assure we were well prepared with all documents for the loan approval. We were able to close within 3 weeks (1 week early)!
